After a lovely childhood on the beaches of sunny southern California, I decided beautifully consistent weather was overrated and shipped myself off to Washington, DC to study political science at The George Washington University. Initially optimistic with my chances at making a difference, I was swiftly served a piping hot bowl of reality and wound up making an arguably aimless pit stop in Brooklyn. While there, though, I discovered a love for storytelling and realized that could be my way to make a difference. Having recently finished UT Austin's Screenwriting MFA program, I made the trek back to Brooklyn where I'm continuing to build my portfolio of absurdist dramas and queer comedies navigating self-discovery and self-worth (and I have absolutely zero intentions of writing a political thriller... yet).
